HomeMy WebLinkAbout036 - 05/26/1966 - ZONING THE KRAMER SECOND ANNEXATION �7 ORDINANCE NO 36 1966 BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 19589 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE KRAMER SECOND ANNEXATION TO TFE CITY OF FORT COTLINS1, COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as t'ie Kramer Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-M Medium Density Residential District Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit The A of E� of SA of NWk of NEk of Section 24, Township 7 North, Range 69 West of the 6t° P M lying and being South of the center line of Spring Creek, being more particularly described as follows Considering the South line of the NWk of the NEk of said Section 24 as bearing N 89 56 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto Beginning at a point which bears N 89 56 E 330 20 feet and again N 00 10 E 150 00 feet from the SW corner of the NWT of the NEk of said Section 24 thence N 00 10 E 142 34 feet to the center line of Spring Creek, thence along the center line of Spring Creek, N 77 37 E 46 86 feet and K again N 64 31 E 77 58 feet and again N 72 24 E 37 13 feet, thence S 00 38 W 196 84 feet thence S 89 56 W 149 42 feet to the point of beginning, Sectio 2 The City Engineer is hereby _uthorized and dire� -ed to amend said Zoning District Map in accorcance with this o dinance Introduced, considered favo ably on first c,."ing, and c a,red published this 5t6 day of May, A D 1966 and to be prese-ted "o- final passage on the 26 ' day of May, A D 1966 ATTEST ayor C k Passed and adopted on final reading this 26 " day of May, A D 1966 i yor ATTEST City C erk -2-
