BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density
Residential District to B-P Planned Business District for the following
described property, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SEk of Section 22, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6°6 P M , City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which,
considering the South line of said SEk as bearing due West
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point
which bears West 50 00 feet and again N 00*21' W 50 00
feet from the SE corner of said Section 22 and run thence
N 00*21 W 382 01 feet thence West 927 66 feet, thence
South 382 00 feet, thence East 930 00 feet to the point of
beginning,
and by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Residential
District to R-P Planned Residential District for the following described
property, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SEk of Section 22, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6eb P M , City of Fort
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which,
considering the South line of said SEk as bearing due West
and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point
which bears West 50 00 feet and again North 00 21' West
432 01 feet from the SE corner of said Section 22 and run

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
