BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF WILLOW STREET IN
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate that portion
of Willow Street more particularly described below, and
WHEREAS, a new route for Willow Street has been obtained and dedicated
and, accordingly. the portion to be vacated is not needed for municipal
purposes, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
portion of Will(?w Street
NOW, %ffSREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following portion of Willow Street more particularly described
as follows, tc witf
Commencing at the NE corner of Lot 8, Block 4 in the
IMV ej Fort Collins. Colorado, thence South 19 85 feet
to the point of beginning, thence N 83037' W 178.60
feet along North right of way line of Willow Street to
a point on the East right of way line of College Avenue
th®nee S. 060164 W 50.8 feet along the East right of
way line of College Avenue to the South right of way
line of Willow Street, thence Southeasterly along the
South right of way line of Willow Street to the Southerly
right of way line of Willow Street as plotted on the map
of the Original City of Fort Collins, thence N 48050' W.
along the Southerly right of way line of Willowy Street
as plotted on the map of the Original City of Fort Collins
to the North right of way line of Willow Street, thence
N 83037' W 73 9' along North right of way line of Willow
Street to the point of beginning♦
be and the same hereby is abolished. vacated and abated.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 16th day of June. A. D. 1966, and to be presented for final
passage on the 7th day of July, A D 1966
