BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE or
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE GHENT
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE tT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended, be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
the Ghent Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins Colorado, in the B-G General Business District Said
property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the NEk of Section 26, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 6tb P M which considering
the North line of said NEk as bearing North 89 30 W and
with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is
contained within boundary lines which begin at a point
which bears North 89 30 W 118 46 feet and again South
0 30 W 30 feet from the NE corner of said Section 26,
and run thence North 89 30 W 670 43 feet to a point on
the East right of way line of the Colorado and Southern
Railroad Company, thence along said right of way South
01 18 W 303 32 feet, thence South 89 30 E 724 80 feet
to a point on the Westerly right of way of U S Highway
No 287, thence along said Westerly right of way line
North 0 19 E 254 12 feet and again North 44 34 W 69 60
feet to the point of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and dire,ted to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
publ s ed this 16 ° day of June A D 1966, and to be presented for
final 3assage on the 7t° day of July, A D 1966
