ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS) COLORADO 19589 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE SERVICE CENTER
ANNEXATIO\ TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as /
the Service Center Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, in the C Commercial District Said
property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SWk of Section 2 Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the 61 P M , Larimer County,
Colorado, which, considering the South line of said Section
2 as bearing East and West and with all bearings contained
herein relative thereto, beginning at the West 1/16 corner
on the South line of said Section 2 and run thence N 00 02
E 565 12 feet thence S 66 17 E 405 79 feet thence S
86 25 E 954 10 feet to the East line of the SA of said
Section 2, thence along said East line South 10 00 feet
thence S 84 29 W 702 70 feet thence S 28 53 30 E
55 30 feet thence S 01 01 W 215 86 feet to the South
line of said Section 2 thence along said South line West
648 86 feet to the point of beginning excepting therefrom
that portion of the above described property more particularly
described as beginning at a point which bears N 00 02 E
246 18 feet and again S 89 58 E 50 00 feet from the
West 1/16 corner on the South line of Section 2 and run
thence N 00 02 W 171 25 feet thence S 89 58 E 162 26
feet, thence S 66 17 E 116 50 feet, thence S 00 02
W 124 45 feet thence N 89 58 W 268 96 feet to point
of beginning
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published th s 1600 day of June P D 1966, and to be presented for
final passage on the 7`h day of July, A D 1966
