BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Resi-
dential District to B-L Limited Business District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Considering the West line of the Southwest Quarter (SW})
of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the
6`h P M as bearing N 00000'00" E and with all bearings
contained herein relative thereto, commencing at the
Southwest corner of said Section 18, thence N 00*00 00"
E 160 feet, thence N 89042'45" E parallel to the South
line of said SWk 40 feet to the East right of way line of
Lemay Street, the true point of beginning, thence
continuing N 89042 45" E a distance of 120 feet, thence
South 00000 00" W a distance of 120 feet to the North
right of way line of Prospect Street, thence S 89°42'45"
W along said right of way line of Prospect Street a
distance of 20 0 feet, thence N 00°00'00" E a distance
of 100 0 feet, thence S 89°42'45" W a distance of 100 0
feet to a point on the East right of way of Lemay Street,
thence N 00°00'00" E along the East right of way of
Lemay Street, a distance of 20 0 feet to the true point of
beginning, in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to

amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinarce
