BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITE OF FORT COLLINS ;
Section 1 That the Zonirg District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of tine Code of Oidinances of the City of
Fort Collis, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by charging the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Resi-
dential District to B-P Planned Business District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Beginning at the Wk corner of Section 15, Township 7 North,
Range 69 West of the 6`b P M as the true point of beginning,
thence N 00*32' W 113 80 feet, thence S 89°54'23" E 300
feet, thence S 00*32' E 120 00 feet, thence N 89°54'23"
W 300 feet, thence N 00032' W 6 20 feet to the point of
beginning

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby autnorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 7t° day of July, A D 1966, and to be presented for
final passage on the 28" day of July, A D 1966
