BEING AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF 1N UTILITY EASWNT
IN MILLER BROTHERS FOOTHILLS SUBDIVISIONS SIM FILING

WHIRIAB* the City Council has been petitioned to vacate that portion
of an easement in Miller Brothers Foothills Subdivision, Sixth Filing, and
WHEREAS, the portion of the eassmaut to be vacated has no utilities
Installed in it and is not needed for the installation of utilities, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the right* of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no May be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
essesento
ROW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following portion of au easement in Hiller Brothers Foothills
Subdivision, Sixth Filing, sore paztioularly described as follows, to-grits
