BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE or
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE ALVIN L MILLER THIRD FOOTHILLS
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado 1958, as amended be
and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
the Alvin L Miller Third Foothills Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, in the R-M Medium Density Residential District Said
property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit
A tract of land situate in the SEk of Section 16, Township
7 North, Range 69 West of the Sixth P M , County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, contained within the boundary lines which
begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 82 of the Alvin L Miller
Foothills Subdivision, Second Filing, and run thence S 00 15
W 120 00 feet along the West line of said Lot 82 thence N
89 45 W 35 00 feet thence N 00 15 E 120 00 feet thence
S 89 45 E 35 00 feet to the point of beginning, subject to
an easement for the installation and maintenance of utilities
over the Southerly 15 feet and Westerly 6 feet thereof,
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
