BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from B-G General Business and M
Mobile Home District to I-L Limited Industrial District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
Beginning at a point which bears N 88 59 W 470 feet
from the Southeast Corner of Southeast Quarter (SEk) of
Section 35, Township 8 North, Range 69 West of the 6" P M ,
thence N 88*59 W 215 90 feet thence N 0 53 E 655 10

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
