BEING AN ORDINANCE MENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF T4E CITY OF F04T COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958 AS
AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from I G General
IndustrialDistrict to R-M, Medium Density Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
All of Buckingham Place Addition to the City of Fort
Collins Colorado
Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favo-ably on fi-st ~eading and ordered
published this 6th day of October A D 1966 and to be presented for
final passage on the 27th day of October A D 1966
