HomeMy WebLinkAbout063 - 10/27/1966 - ZONING THE BIRCH THIRD ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 631 1966, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO$ 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE IN ORDER TO CLASSIFY FOR ZONING PURPOSES CERTAIN PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE BURCH THIRD ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS$ COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is, changed and amended by including the property known as the Burch Third Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in zoning districts as follows A tract of land situate in the Southeast 4 of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the South line of said Southeast 4 as bearing North 88 59 40 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 88 59 40 E 267 97 feet from the South 4 corner of said Section 18 and run thence North 778 13 feet thence West 268 80 feet thence N 00 03 50 W 419 64 feet thence East 549 27 feet thence South 1192 85 feet to a point on the South line of said Southeast 4 thence S 88 59 40 W 280 04 feet to the point of beginning containing 10 275 acres more or less, in the R L Low Density Residential District A tract of land situate in the Southeast 4 of Section 180 Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P Mt , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the South line of said Southeast 4 as bearing N 88 59 40 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 88 59 40 E 548 01 feet from the South 4 corner of said Section 18 and run thence North 1192 85 feet thence East 30 00 feet thence South 73 59 feet thence N 89 56 40 E 130 66 feet thence S 00 03 20 E 1116 61 feet to a point on the South line of said Southeast 4 thence S 88 59 40 W 161 74 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4 187 acres more or less, in the R-H High Density Residential District A tract of land situate in the Southeast 4 of Section 18, Township 7 North, Range 68 West of the Sixth P M , County of Larimer, State of Colorado, which considering the South Line of said Southeast 4 as bearing N 88 59 40 E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point which bears N 88 59 40 E 709 75 feet from the South 4 corner of said Section 18 and run thence N 00 03 20 W 1116 61 feet thence N 89 56 40 E 339 10 feet thence along the arc of a 995 0 foot radius curve to the right a distance of 63 86 feet, the long chord of which bears S 01 53 40 E 63 86 feet thence S 00 03 20 E 1047 13 feet to a point on the South line of said Southeast 4 thence S 88 59 40 W 341 20 feet to the point of of beginning, containing 8 724 acres more or less, in the I-G General Industrial District 1 Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 6th day of October, A D 1966, and to be presented for final passage on the 27th day of October, A D , 1966 Mayor ATTEST City Cle k Passed and adopted on final reading this 27th day of October, A D , 1966 c M r � ATTEST o City Clerk 2
