BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 19589 AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CHANGING
THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That the Zoning District Map of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, adopted by Section 19-2 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same is hereby changed
and amended by changing the zoning classification from R-L Low Density Residental
District to R-M Medium Density Residential District
for the following described property in the City, to-wit
The North 150 feet of Lots 12 to 15 and the North 150 feet
of the West 53 03 feet of Lots 11 and 16 all in Block 2,
College Heights, Fort Collins, Larimer County, Colorado

Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to
amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 3rd day of November A D 1966, and to be presented for
final passage on the 23rd day of November A D 1966
