HomeMy WebLinkAbout074 - 12/22/1966 - ZONING THE NORTH SIDE BAPTIST CHURCH ANNEXATION ORDINANCE NO 74, 1966, BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN THE NORTH SIDE BAPTIST CHURCH ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as the North Side Baptist Church Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, in the R-L Low Density Residential District, Said property is more particularly described as follows, to-wit A tract of land situate in the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Town- ship 7 North, Range 69 West of the 61h P M , County of Larimer and State of Colorado, which, considering the West line of said North- east Quarter as bearing S 000 33' 15" E and with all bearings contained herein relative thereto, is contained within the boundary lines more particularly described as follows Commencing at the South- west corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, this point also being the Southwest corner of Mountain View Heights a Subdivision, in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, thence N 00' 33' 15" West 933 09 feet, along the West line of said Northeast Quarter, to the Northwest corner of said Mountain View Heights Subdivision, thence South 89' 58' East 189 81 feet, along the North line of said Mountain View Heights Subdivision, thence North 880 39" East 463 42 feet, along the North line of said Mountain View Heights Subdivision to the True Point of Beginning, thence North 89' 39' East 255 29 feet, along the North line of said Mountain View Heights, thence North 000 19' East 392 99 feet, to a point on the North line of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, thence Westerly 257 00 feet, along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, from whence the Northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 10 bears Westerly 657,47 feet along the North line of said Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, thence South 00' 04' 33" West 394 54 feet to the True Point of Beginning, Section 2 The City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this -rdinance Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered published this 1st day of December, A D , 1966 and to be presented for final passage on the 22nd day of December, A D , 1966 t �I J � 1� Mayor ATTEST City Clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this 22nd day of December, A D , 1966 Mayor ATTEST City Cle k
