BEIM AN ORDINANCE VACATIM A PORTION OF CHERRY STREET
IN THE CITY OF F08Y COLLIN3. C01,DRADO
WHEREAS, the City Council has base petitioned to vacate a portion
of Cherry Street in the City of Fort Collins, said portion to be vacated bsin=
sore particularly described as follows, to-wit
Conaencing at a point which is north 891,"45415 east
136 70 feet from the 6W corner of the Mtk of the NE-40
Section 10. Township 7 North$ Range 69 West of the 6tb
P M thence north 89*43415 East. 101 13 feet thence
South 00'14'W Bast to the South line of Cherry 8 rest,
thence West along the South line of Cherry Street to a
Point which is South 00°1445 Fast from the point of
beginning, thence North 00'14'45 west to the point of
begieeing
and
F`HStt 5 said street as now platted cannot be used and an alternate
street has been furnished to replace the street to be vacated, and
u'NDWAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City
of Fort Collins will be in no way prejudiced or injured by the vacation of
said portion of said street
