ORDINANCE NO 12 , 1965,
BEING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A PART OF
AN EASEMENT IN BRISTOL SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COUNTY OF LARIMER, STATE OF COLORADO ACCORDING
TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion o9:
an easement in Bristol Subdivision according to the recorded plat thereof, said
portion to be vacated being more particularly described as follows, to-wit
Six (6) feet on each side of a line beginning at the
southwest corner of Lot 27, Bristol Subdivision;
thence following the west line of said Lot 27 in a
northerly direction for 90 feet
and
WHEREAS it appears that this portion of this easement is not needed
nor will it be needed in the future for the installation of any utilities, and
WHEREAS it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following portion of an easement, more particularly described
as follows, to-wit
Six (6) feet on each side of a line beginning at the
southwest corner of Lot 27, Bristol Subdivision
thence following the west line of said Lot 27 in a
northerly direction for 90 feet,
be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated, and abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this llth day of February, A D 1965, and to be presented for final passage on
the 4th day of March A D 1965
