AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 10, 19292 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE WEST HALF
(W'k) OF BLOCKS S, I AND 18 IN CRAFT'S RE-SUBDIVISION
OF LAKE PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, TO
C' RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that
Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended being an emergency
ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and struc-
tures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and
size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open
space in building lots the density of population, and for said purpose
to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connec-
tion therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II,
entitled Zoning District Regulations the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning district map heretofore adopted and de-
clared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is
hereby changed and amended so that the West half (W'h) of Blocks 6 9 and
18 of Craft's Re-subdivision of Lake Park Addition to the City of Fort
Collins shall be taken from A residence district and put into and made
a part of "C' residence district
Section 2 That the City Engineer shall forthwith amend the
original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes
herein established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 23rd day of May, A D 1957, and to be presented for final
passage on the 6th day of June, A D 1957
