AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 4, 1915, AS AMENDED,
RELATING TO AMUSEMbNTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 3 of Ordinance No 4, 1915, relating to
amusements, as amended by Ordinance No 8, 1930, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows
By deleting the words and figures "One Hundred liollars ($100 00) r
per annum", substituting therefor the words and figures "Fifty Dollars
($50.00) per annum", and by deleting the words and figures "it is further
provided that play upon such course shall be between the hours of 5 00 A Y
and 11 00 P M. only of each week day, exclusive of the first day of the
week commonly called Sunday"
Section 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance No 4, 1915, as amended,
be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
nSection 3(c) The license fee to be charged as provided in
Section 1 of this ordinance shall be as follows The proprietor, owner
or manager of a drive-in theater shall pay the sum of Fifty'Dellars -
($50 00) per annum in advance "
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
