HomeMy WebLinkAbout034 - 11/14/1957 - ZONING LANDS ANNEXED SINCE THE ADOPTING OF ORDINANCE NO. 10, 1929 AND MAKING PROVISION FOR ZONING N ORDINANCE NO 34Y 1957 AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 100 1929, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE ZONING LANDS ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, SINCE THE ADOPTING OF SAID ORDINANCE AND MAKING PROVISION FOR ZONING NEW LADS HEREAFTER ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, that Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and struc- tures and the use of buildings and structures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open space in building lots, the density of population, and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connec- tion therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by adding to Section II, entitled "Zoning District Regulations,' the following, to-wit Section 1 The zoning district map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended, and is hereby changed and amended so that lands annexed to the City of Fort Collins since May 31, 1929, shall be put into and made a part of zoning districts as hereinafter set out, to-wit ANNEXATION DESCRIPTION ZONING DISTRICT SITZMAN'S ADDITION Lots 1, 21 Blk 1 ' E' Commercial Lots 3, 4, 5 Block 1, "B" Residence Block 2, "B" Residence BLOCK 93, SCOTT SHERWOOD Lots 1 through 8 B Residence ADDITION A. as any other class or classes of zoning districts provided all resolutions notices and ordinances enacted to effect such annexa- tions shall contain and designate there the zoning district or
