AMENDING ORDINANCE NO 102 19299 AS AMENDED, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING THE EAST HALF
(A) OF BLOCK 115 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, TO 'D"
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, That
Ordinance No 10 of the Series of 1929, as amended, being an emergency ordi-
nance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and
the use of buildings and structures and land the height and side of buildings
and other structures the area and dimensions of open space in building lots
the density of population and for said purpose to divide the City into dis-
tricts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same
is hereby amended by adding to Section II, entitled Zoning District Regula-
tions " the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning district map heretofore adopted and declared
to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby
changed and amended so that the East one-half (Ek) of Block 115 in the City
of Fort Collins shall be taken from B' residence district and put into and
made a part of "D" commercial district
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 24th day of October, A D 1957 and to be presented for final
passage on the 21st day of November, A
