RELATING TO CCUPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD '
OF ELECTIONS AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT

WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Fort Collins provides that the
Council of the-City of Fort Collins shall fix the compensation to be paid the
members of the Board of Elections.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE XM COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1: That the compensation to be received by each member of the
Board of Elections except the City Clerk shall be $1.50 per hour.
Section 2: The effective date from which the above compensation shall
be paid shall be April 22, 1955.
Section 3• All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with
this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 22nd day of April, A. D. 1955, and to be presented for final passage on
May 12 A. D. 1955.
