AMENDING CHAPTER.19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT -COLLINS,. COLORADO, .1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE "CHANGING LOTS _9 .AND 10, BLOCK 6,
L. C. MOORE'S SECONDADDITION.TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO FROM "A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" _RESIDENCE
DISTRICT. _ - .
BE`1 ':ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, ' 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures
and land; the height the size of buildings and other structures; the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population;
and for said purpose:-to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is -hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 6, L. C. `Moore's Second Addition
to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado; _
be changed from "A".Residence District to "C" .Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 22nd day of February, A. D. 1962, to be presented for final
passage on the 15th day of March, A. D. 1962.
