BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19, OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES AS AMENDED COMMNLY KNOWN AS
THE ZONING ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED .BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
.Section 1. That Section 19 - 11 - 5 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, be and the same is .hereby amended by
deleting from paragraph 5 of the portion of said Section 19 - 11 - 5
relating to area, the following words, to-wit:
"In which case a garage shall not be nearer the
.street than the main building."
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 1st day of March, A. D. 1962, to be presented for final passage on the
22nd day of March, A. D. 1962.
