AMENDING CHAPTER:19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF -
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS .AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING LOT 192 UNIVERSITY ACRES
SIXTH SUBDIVISION, NOW IN THE.CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
FROM. "A"-RESIDENCE-DISTRICT. TO "D" COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.AND
LOTS 188, 1899 190, 191 AND 193.OF UNIVERSITY ACRES.SIXTH
SUBDIVISION NOW IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO.FROM
"A:' RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO "C" ;.RESIDENCE.DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAT Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 19589 as amended. -being an ordinance to regulate and _restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and the use of buildings and structures
and land; the height the size of buildings and- other structures; the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population;
and -for said purpose to divide the City in to districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1, The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lot 192 of University Acres Sixth Subdivision now
in the City of Fort Collins, Colorado;
be changed from "A" Residence District to "D" Commercial District, and
THAT the following -described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Lots 188, 1892 190, 191 and 193.of University Acres
Sixth Subdivision now in the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado;
be changed from "A"-Residence District to "C" Residence District.
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and .parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 22nd day of-March, A. D. 1962, to be presented for final
passage on the l2th day of April, A. D., 1962.
