BEING AN--ORDINANCE .AMENDING SECTION 22-23 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09
19589 RELATING TO OBSTRUCTING SIDEWALKS, STREETS, ALLEYS,
AND PUBLIC GROUNDS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS :. . :.:.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 22-23 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, be amended and changed by adding at the end
thereof the following words, to-wit:
"p-rovided, however,-that the provisions of this' section
shall not apply-to persons holding a temporary permit
under Section 22-l'of these ordinances authorizing the
placing of such articles upon the sidewalks, streets,
alleys, or public grounds 'within the corporate limits
of the City of'Fort Collinse' if the terms of such pery
mit are being complied with,"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 22nd day of March, A. D. 1962s to be presented for final passage on the
12th day of April , A, D. 1962,'
