AMENDING CHAPTER,19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLtINS, .COLORAD0, .19583, AS.AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING�ORDINANCE CHANGING MARTIN SUBDIVISION, NOW
AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, FROM
RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO.-"B" RESIDENCE DISTRICT
BE' IT,ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
THAZ Chapter 199 ,Code. of Ordinances :of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 19589 •as'.amended, being',an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of. buildings_and .structures 'and the,use of buildings and structures
and land; the height and sizerof, buildings and other structures•. the area
and dimensions.of open spaces in building -lots; the density of population;
and for, saidspurpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in'connection- therewith, ;be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled:"Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section'1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of, this ordinance shall',be changed and amended and is hereby changed
and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County
of _Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit:
Martin-.Subdivision; now an addition to the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado;
be- changed from "A".Residence District to "B" Residence District,
Section 2. The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with .the amendments and changes herein
established.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Introduced, considered ,favorably on first reading and ordered
published this -5th day of April, A. D. 1962,1to be presented for final passage
on the 26th day of April, A. D. 1962.
