AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING BLOCK 93 IN THE.CITY OF
FORT. COLLINS, COLORADO$ FROM"B" RESIDENTIAL IN THE-A OF
SAID BLOCK AND "C" RESIDENTIAL. IN THE .Eh.OF-BAZDDBLOCK, -
TO."D"_COMMERCIAL-ZONE.FOR. ALL OF SAID.BLOCK,. ... . .... .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
THAT Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and- use- of buildings and structures
and land; the might and size of buildings and other structures; the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population;
and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition
to Section 19-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit:
Section 1: The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be
a part of this ordinance shall.be_changed--and amended and is hereby. changed
...and_amended 'so that the following described property, situate in the County
of Larimer,, State of Colorado, to=wit:
Block 939 in the City of Fort Collins,, Colorado;
be changed from "B" Residential in the W-1 of said Block and "C" Residential in
the E'k of said Block, to "D" Commercial Zone for all of said Block, provided,
however, that for all buildings built on Howes Street or Meldrum Street, a
20 foot set back shall be maintained.
Section 2, The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established*'
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
