BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, THAT Chapter 19,E Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,, 1958, as amended;,, being an ordinance to regulate and-restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures .and land; the height and size of buildings and other structures; the area and dimenr lions of open spaces in building lots; the density of population; and for said purpose to divide the City into districts., and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19�-2 entitled "Zoning District Regulations.," the following„ to-wit: Section 1. The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of Larimer, State of Colorado,; to�wwit: Beginning at a point in the east and west centerline of Section 2, Township 7 North, .Raage 68 West of the 6th P.M.:, located 550.0 feet west of ;the E..k corner of said Section 2; thence west along said east and.west centerline of Section 2 a distance of approximately 877..3 feet to the southwesterly right of way line of the Union Pacific .Railroad; thence northwesterly along said right of way line a distance of approximately 368.4 feet to the intersection of a line paral.� lel with and 328.5 feet north of the said east and west centeri* line of Section 2; thence easterly along said line parallel with and 328.5 'feet distance northerly from the east and west centerline Section 2, a distance of approximately 944.0 feet; thence due south 328.5 feet to the point of beginning; be changed from "D" Commercial District to "E" Commercial District. - Section 2. The, City ,Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance-'.with-the amendments and changes herein estab" lished.
