ORDINANCE N0. 26 1962;
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23-204 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT, COLLINS,.
COLORADO, 19589 .AS AMENDED; RELATING TO.TRAFFIC
AND.THE DEFINITION OF.'STREETS._' ..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 23-204 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 19581, as amended,' be and the same hereby is amended
and changed by deleting from paragraph(a)thereof the following words, to-wit:
"as a matter of right."
