` BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23-187 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED, .RELATING TO TRAFFIC
AND SPECIFICALLY TO TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNALS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS:
Section 1. That Section 23-187 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is_ amended
and changed by deleting from -the first paragraph thereof the following words,
to-wit:
"successively one at a time"
and by deleting from paragraph (b) thereof ,the following words, to-wit:
"yellow alone"
in said paragraph (b)
and by substituting ,therefor/the following words, to-wit:
"yellow alone or yellow together with green"
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 7th day,ofJune, A..D. 1962,.and to be presented for final
passage on the 28th day of June, A. D. 1962.
