WHURAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a street
designated as Spring Park Drive and the easements as shown on and established
by the Plat of St Vrain Subdivision recorded October 27, 19610 with the Lariaar
County Clark and Recorder, and
WBBRBAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Fort Collins a proposed replat of St Vrain Subdivision by all of the owners of
lands included in said subdivision except the City of Port Collins. and
WRBREAS, the City Come" of the City of Port Collins has this data
approved said proposed replat, and
WBBREAS9 it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
street and easements shown on the plat of St Vrain Subdivision

COLLINS
Section 1 That Spring Park Drive and all easements as established
by and obown on the original plat of St Vrain Subdivision in the City of Fort
Collins. Colorado filed October 27, 19619, with the office of the Clerk and
Recorder of Larimer County be and the same hereby are vacated, abolished, and
abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 20th day of February, A D 1964, and to be presented for final passage on
the 12th day of March. A D 1964
