BRING AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO THE VACATION OF A PAST
OF AN EASEMENT OB LOT , BLOCK 3, SPRING CRUX SUBDIVISION,
IN THE CITY OF FORT CgLLINS, COUNTY OF LARIMER, STATE OF
COLORADO, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City Council has been petitioned to vacate a portion of
a utility easement located on Lot 1, Block 3, Spring Creek Subdivision, in the
City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, according to the
recorded plat thereof, said portion to be vacated being more particularly
described as follows, to-wit
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Spring
Creek Subdivision, Fort Collins, County of Larimer.
State of Colorado, thence east 4'6" along said Lot
line to the point of beginning, thence east 1'6" alms
said Lot line with all bearings herein relative thereto,
thence south 99', thence west 1'6 ', thence north 99' to
the point of beginning,
and
WHEREAS, it appears that this portion of this easement is not needed
nor will it be needed in the future for the installation of any utilities, and
WHEREAS, it appears that the rights of the residents of the City of
Fort Collins will in no way be prejudiced or injured by the vacation of said
easement
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that that portion of an easement located on Lot 1, Block 3, Spring
Crack Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, to-wits
Beginning at the SW corner of Lot 1, Block 39 Spring
Creek Subdivision, Fort Collins, County of Larimer,
State of Colorado, thence east 4'6" along said Lot
line to the point of beginning, thence east 1'6" along
said Lot line with all bearings herein relative thereto,
thence south 99'0 thence west 116", thence north 99' to
the point of beginning]
be and the same hereby is abolished, vacated, and abated
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 19th day of March, A D 19640 and to be presented for final passage on the
9th day of April, A D 1964
