AMENDING CHAPTER 199 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING PART OF LOT 9 BLOCK 104 IN THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO FROM ' C ' RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
TO D COMMERCIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,.
Colorado 1958 as amended being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures
and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area
and dimensions of open spaces in building lots, the density of population
and for said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map
adopted in connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by
addition to Section 19-2 entitled Zoning District Regulations the following
to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, tO-wit
Commencing at the NE corner of Lot 9, Block 104 thence
West 50 feet, thence South 90 feet thence East 50 feet
thence North 90 feet to the point of beginning, also
known as 217 West Magnolia, Fort Collins, Colorado
be changed from 'C Residential District to D Commercial District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 2nd day of April, A D , 1964s and to be presented for final passage
on the 23rd day of April A D , 1964
