AMENDING CHAPTER 19, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 19589 AS AMENDED COMMNLY
KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING LOTS 31, 32,
33 and 34, BLOCK 93, AND LOTS 171, 180 19 and 20, BLOCK
11 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, FROM AN "A"
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A In RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land, the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area and dimensions
of open spaces in building lots the density of population and for said purpose
to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in connection there-
with, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled
Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and in hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situABb in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
Lots 31, 320 33 and 34, Block 9, and Lots 17, 180 19
and 20, Block 11, The Ninth Fairview Subdivision,
according to the recorded plat thereof,
be changed from an "A" Residential District to a "B" Residential District
Section 20 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered pub-
lished this 7th day of May A D , 1964, and to be presented for final passage
on the 28th day of May, A D , 19649
