HomeMy WebLinkAbout022 - 07/02/1964 - REZONING A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NE 1/4 SECTION TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M FROM 'A ORDINANCE NO 22 1964 AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 1958 AS AMENDED COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE CHANGING A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NE'43, SECTION 15 TOWNSHIP 7 NORTH RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P M IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO FROM AN 'A" RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A C' RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and dimensions of open spaces in building lots the density of Population and for said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section 19-2 entitled 'Zoning District Regulations ' the following to-wit Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and amended so that the following described property situate in the County of Larimer State of Colorado to-wit Tract of land in the NEt Section 15 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M , County of Larimer State of Colorado more particularly described as follows Be- ginning at the SE corner of the NE-% of Section 15, Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M thence N 00 00' E 924 0 feet, thence N 89 38' W 545 0 feet to the true point of beginning, thence N 00 00' E 138 70 feet, thence N 90 00' W 178 04 feet, thence N 89 00130" W 551 75 feet thence S 45 30' W 21 40 feet, thence S 00 00' W 128 74 feet thence S 89 38' E 745 0 feet to the true point of beginning containing 2 39 acres be changed from an "A" Residential District to a "C Residential District Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein established Section 3 All ordinances and part of ordinances in conflict with this ordinances are hereby repealed Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered published thisI414 day of June A D 1964 and to be presented for final passage on the *Mb day of JuI*, A D , 1964 e Ika7 yor ATTEST 12&/1, ;:;;�Z, - City clerk Passed and adopted on final reading this iajday of 3tftj A D 1964 c Mayor ATTEST City Clerk
