BEING "M ANNUAL APPROPRIAT (M ORDINANCE" RELATING TO
THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATIONS FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
JANUARY 1, 1965, AND ENDING DECE BER 31, 19652 AND FIXING
THE MILL LEVY FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That there be and is hereby appropriated out of
the revenues of the City of Fort Collins for the fiscal year beginning
January 1, 1965, and ending December 31, 1965, the sum of Four 'Killion
Foux Iundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Six and 22/100ths
Dollars ($4,424,856 22) to be raised by taxation and otherwise, which said
sum is hereby divided and appropriated for the following purposes, to-wit

Section 2 That for the purpose of providing necessary funds
for meeting the appropriations set forth in Section 1 of this ordinance
the following levies in mills upon each dollar of the assessed valuation
of all taxable property within the corporate limits of the City of Fort
Collins be and are hereby made Such levies representing the amount of
taxes for City purposes necessary to provide for payment during the
ensuing budget year of all properly authorized demands against the City,
including principal and interest of general obligation bonds, to merit
Local Improvement Districts - City Share 154 Mills
General Expense 14 546 Mills
being a total of 15 00 Mills, which levies shall be certified to the
County Assessor and to the Board of County Commissioners of Larimer
County, Colorado, by the Director of Finance as provided by law
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 8th day of October, A D 1964, and to be presented for
final passage on the 22nd day of October, A D 1964
