AMENDING CHAPTER 19 CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO 1956 AS AMENDED, COMWNLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING A PORTION OF LOT 6
MAYNARD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO
FROM A % RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO A 'C RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19 Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins
Colorado 1958 as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land the height and size of buildings and other structures the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots, the density of population and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled 'Zoning District Regulations " the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property situate in the County of
Lorimer State of Colorado to-wit
A portion of Lot 6, Maynard Addition to the City of Fort
Collins Lorimer County, Colorado, described as follows
Beginning at the SE corner of said Lot 6 thence West
49 40 feet to the true point of beginning thence North
112 00 feet thence West 92 5 feet thence South 112 00
feet to the North line of Stuart Street thence along
said North line, East 92 50 feet to the true point of
beginning
be changed from a "B" Residential District to a "C' Residential District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 5th day of November A D 1964 and to be presented for final
passage on the 25th day of November, A D 1964
