BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-1 OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COIDRADO,
1958, .AS AMENDED, RELATING TO MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 10-1 A of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended be and the same hereby is
amended by deleting the following words and figures to wit
'which contains not less than 8 5% of milk solids not fat and
not less than 3 5% of milk fat "
substituting therefore the following to"wit
'which contains not less than 8 57 of milk solids not fat and
not less than 3 257 of butter fat '
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 19th day of November A D 1964 and to be presented for
final passage on the loth day of December A D 1964
