BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-27 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO PENSIONS FOR FIREMEN IN THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS AND PROVIDING FOR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE
FIREMEN'S PENSION FUND BY CONTRIBUTIONS FROM THE GENERAL
FUND FROM THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND BY EQUAL CONTRI-
BUTIONS TO BE DEDUCTED FROM THE SALARIES OF ALL FIREMEN
EMPLOYED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-27 of the Code of Ordinances of the City
of Fort Collins, Colorado 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is
amended as follows
By deleting the following words and figures, to-wit
as shall not exceed three and one-half per cent (3�7) of
the monthly salaries ,
substituting therefor the following words and figures to-wit
as shall not exceed five per cent (57) of the monthly
salaries
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 261 day of August, A D 1965, and to be presented for final
passage on the 16ro6 day of September, A D 1965
