BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 199 CODE OF ORDINANCES
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS AMENDED,
COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, CHANGING THE EAST
50 FEET OF LOT 89 ALL OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH 85 FEET OF
LOT 10, ALL IN BLOCK 146 IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS$
COLORADO, FROM B RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO C RESIDENTIAL
DISTRICT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Chapter 19, Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended, being an ordinance to regulate and restrict the
locations of buildings and structures and use of buildings and structures and
land, the height and size of buildings and other structures, the area and
dimensions of open spaces in building lots, the density of population, and for
said purpose to divide the City into districts, and the zoning map adopted in
connection therewith, be and the same is hereby amended by addition to Section
19-2 entitled Zoning District Regulations," the following, to-wit
Section 1 The zoning map heretofore adopted and declared to be a
part of this ordinance shall be changed and amended and is hereby changed and
amended so that the following described property, situate in the County of
Larimer, State of Colorado, to-wit
The East 50 feet of Lot 8, all of Lot 9 and the North 85
feet of Lot 10, all in Block 146 in the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado,
be changed from B Residential District to "C Residential District
Section 2 The City Engineer shall forthwith amend the original
zoning district map in compliance with the amendments and changes herein
established
Section 3 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
this ordinance are hereby repealed
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered
published this 2nd day of September, A D 1965, and to be presented for final
passage on the 23rd day of September, A D 1965
