BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1-13 51
THROUGH 1-13 53 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958, AS
AMENDED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-13 51 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19580 as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting therefrom the following words, recreation director and by substituting
therefore the following words, director of parks and recreation
Section 2 That Section 1-13 52 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting therefrom the following words, director of recreation and by substituting
therefore the following words, director of parks and recreation and by deleting
therefrom the following words, recreation director and by substituting therefore
the following words director of parks and recreation
Section 3 That Section 1-13 53 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins, Colorado, 19589 as amended, be and the same hereby is amended by
deleting therefrom the following words, director of recreation and by substituting
therefore the following words, director of parks and recreation
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
