BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 23-9 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958,
AS AMENDED, RELATING TO SPEED RESTRICTIONS IN THE TRAFFIC
CODE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 23-9 (a) be and the same hereby is amended
by deleting therefrom the last sentence thereof and by substituting therefor
the following words and figures
No vehicle shall be driven at a greater rate of speed
than 20 miles per hour on the streets of the University
campus, provided that the speed limit is clearly indicated
by signs at all entrances to such campus
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading and ordered published
this 14t° day of October, A D 1965, and to be presented for final passage on
the 4'' day of November, A D 1965
