ORDINANCE NO 59 1965
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1-13 71 AND
1-13 72 OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS, COLORADO, 1958 AS AMENDED RELATING
TO THE WATER BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 1-13 71 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 as amended, be and the same
hereby is amended by deleting from the first sentence of said Section
the word six and by substituting therefore the word seven
Section 2 That Section 1-13 71 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958 as amended, be and the same hereby
is amended by adding to said Section at the end thereof the following
sentence, The deputy City Clerk shall be a non-voting ex officio member
of said Water Board and shall serve as secretary to the Board
Section 3 That Section 1-13 72 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended, be and the same is
hereby amended by deleting from the first sentence thereof the words
and secretary and by inserting between the words President and
Vice-President in the first sentence the word and
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
published this 18th day of November, A D , 1965, and to be presented for
final passage on the 9th day of December, A D , 1965
