BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09 1958, AS
AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND
CLASSIFYING FOR ZONING PURPOSES THE PROPERTY INCLUDED IN
THE GREENWALT FOURTH
ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORADO
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS

+ Section 1 That the Zoning District Map adopted by Chapter 19 of the
' ':Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, be

and the same hereby is changed and amended by including the property known as
+ ithe Greenwalt Fourth Annexation to the City of Fort

Collins, Colorado, in the R-L Low Density Residential i District. Said
tproperty is more particularly described as follows, to-wits
A tract of land situate in the Southwest 1/4 of Section 19,
Township 7 North, Range 68 West, of the Sixth P M , which,
' considering the lest line of said Southwest 1/4 as bearing
L due North and with all bearings contained herein relative
I thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin
i ; at a point which bears N 890 56' 30" E 1740 00 feet from
i i 1 the West 1/4 corner of said Section 19, and run thence N 890
56' 30" E 849 60 feet to the Center 1/4 corner of said
i p Section 19, thence along the N-S centerline of said Section

amend said Zoning District Map in accordance with this ordinance
Introduced, considered favorably on first reading, and ordered
