BEING AN ORDINANCE, AMENDING CHAPTER 54
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 54-3 and 54-4 of the Code of the
City of Fort Collins be and the same hereby are repealed
Section 2 That Section 54-10 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be and the same hereby is repealed
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and
ordered published this 11th day of March A D 1975 and
to be presented for finaI—passage on the 1st day of April
