BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 73-119A
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO THE MEMBERSHIP OF THE BUILDING
AND CONTRACTOR S LICENSING BOARD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 73-119A of the Code of the City of Fort
Collins be and the same hereby is amended to read as follows
"A Purpose and composition In order to review
applications for licenses and to accomplish
the provisions and objectives of this Article
there is hereby created a Building and Con-
tractor' s Licensing Board consisting of five
(5) members to serve without pay In addi-
tion to such five (5) members the City
Building Inspector shall be an ex officio
member of the Board without vote Three (3)
voting members shall constitute a quorum '
