ORDINANCE NO 77 1975
BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 33
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS

That Section 33-21 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be,1 and the ' same hereby is amended to read as follows

' §33-21 Revocation of license

' Any license granted hereunder may be suspended
immediately by the Liquor Licensing Authority for
cause upon notice to the licensee In case of such
suspension the Liquor Licensing Authority shall hold
a hearing on the same within fifteen (15) days after
the suspension and shall notify the licensee at the
time of the suspension as to the date of the hearing
A license may be revoked after a hearing to be held
by the Liquor Licensing Authority after notice to
the licensee and opportunity to be heard The viola-
tion of any of the provisions of this Article except
as herein provided or of the laws or regulations of
the State of Colorado relating to fermented malt
beverages or any falsification of any statement in
the application shall be grounds for revocation '
