BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 104-12
AND 104-2A OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS RELATING TO THE SALES TAX
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 104-12 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be and the same hereby is amended by adding to
said section an additional subsection P as follows
"P All sales of manufacturing equipment made
to a per on engaged in the business of manu-
facturin� or compounding for sale any article
substanc( commodity or goods which equipment
is or wi; l be used in the City in the manu-
facturing; process of such person "
Section 2 That Section 104-24 of the Code of the City of
Fort Collins be and the same hereby is amended by adding to
said section an additional subsection P as follows
"P Tangible personal property consisting of
manufacturing equipment used in the manu-
facturintr process of a person engaged in
the City in the business of manufacturing
or compoj�nding for sale any article sub-
stance jommodity or goods
