BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 73-128
OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RELATING TO LICENSES FOR SIDEWALK DRIVEWAY
CURB AND GUTTER CONTRACTORS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
That Section 73-128 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins
be, and the same hereby is , amended by deleting therefrom the
following words and figures
"and a bond shall be required to be signed by some
reliable surety company to be approved by the
Director of Finance in the sum of two thousand
dollars ($2 000 ) "
and by substituting therefor the following words and figures
"and a bond shall be required to be signed by some
reliable surety company to be approved by the
Director of Finance in the sum of ten thousand
dollars ($10 000 ) "
Introduced considered favorably on first reading, and
ordered published this 17th day of February A D 1976 and to
be presented for final passage on the 2nd day of March, A D
1976
