BEING AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 73-42 OF
THE CODE OF TIIE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RFLATING
TO LICENTSES TO OPERATE AMLSEMENT DEVICES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
Section 1 That Section 73-42A of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
therefrom the following words and figures
"and shall execute to the City of Fort Collins a
good and sufficient bond with at least two (2)
good sureties or a surety company bond to be
approved by the Director in the penal sum of
five hundred dollars ($500 ) , conditioned that
the person or persons so licensed snall observe
and keep all of the ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins in force at the time of the issuing
of said license or that may be passed or adopted
during the term of said license "
Section 2 That Section 73-42C of the Code of the City
of Fort Collins be and the same hereby is amended by deleting
therefrom the following words
"and then only upon the filing of a new bond by
the transferee as hereinabove provided "
Introduced considered favorably on first reading and
